Japanese Clothing
The vocabulary about clothing in Japanese is one of the most important parts about learning Japanese language. Most of the clothes were used since 19th century in Japan this is the reason why there isn't the Kanji writing of some clothes, because Kanji is the most old way of Japanese language writing, it is as old as Chinese language.
The following vocabulary list shows you the most used words of clothing, this list also shows you the kanji, hiragana or katakana and romaji way of writing. Japanese language is quite complicate so you will need to be patient in order to learn it better.
